The MIT News Office is dedicated to communicating to the media and the public the news and achievements of the students, faculty, staff and the greater MIT community. As the primary Institute-wide information source, we serve as a hub for campus news. Through print and electronic means, consulting and outreach, we promote MIT's leadership in the creative application of science, engineering, the social sciences, humanities and the arts to help people worldwide.
