The New York Science Alliance for Students and Postdocs

The Science Alliance is a consortium of 18 universities, teaching hospitals, and independent research facilities in the New York City metro area that have formed a partnership with the New York Academy of Sciences. Our goal is to provide unparalleled career and professional development mentoring for students and postdocs in the sciences and engineering, through a series of live events and a dedicated web portal. In addition, the Science Alliance gives students and postdocs the opportunity to network with their peers across institutions and with key leaders in both industry and academia. Through the Alliance, each institution sponsors the Academy membership dues for their first-year graduate students and/or postdocs.
