Description: PEIs interdisciplinary research program is currently focused chiefly in the sciences, with particular strengths in global change, biogeochemical cycles, molecular geochemistry, biodiversity and conservation, and environmental science and policy. It is organized principally through its four centers: the Carbon Mitigation Initiative, the Princeton Climate Center, a unit of the Cooperative Institute for Climate Science, the Center for Environmental BioInorganic Chemistry, and the Center for Biocomplexity.
