PLoS Clinical Trials, launched in May 2006, is an international peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes results of randomized trials from all medical and public health disciplines. The journal's aim is to increase the breadth of clinical trials reporting and thus ensure that all trials on human participants are reported in the peer-reviewed literature and accessible to all.
