Description:
The BioCyc Open Chemical Database (BOCD) is a collection of chemical compound data from the BioCyc databases. The BioCyc databases have been assembling a unique collection of high-quality chemical data for compounds involved in metabolic pathways. Our goal is to make these data available in an open manner to facilitate reuse by other groups and to minimize duplication of effort.
