Sorting these by most recent allows one to find pictures eclipse such as this one (right) from Nova Scotia. This Photoshopped composite image by jonlarge captures a time-lapse view of the entire eclipse:
I captured the stages of a total lunar eclipse (when the moon passes into the earth's shadow) that happened during the late evening of 3 March 2007. I used a 500mm Sigma lens with my D200 then cropped each, a bit of levels and sharpening and a final merge in Photoshop and this is the result.
